Instructions: 
  1. Take wildcrafted sea moss out of package and rinse in clean water 2-3 times to properly rinse.
  2. Pour as much water to cover sea moss for soaking process.
  3. Cut a lime in half , squeeze lime juice in mixture, leave the limes in water to soak for 24 hours. (This will help get rid of "sea taste").
  4. After soaking for 24hours, put sea moss in blender along with 1 cup of water. Blend until its a gel like constincey. Add more water if needed.
  5. Label and use orally.
